We have worked with many customers, builders and contractors to help them design lighting schemes for new build properties.

We work with letting agents and landlords to carry out maintenance work, and periodic inspection and testing and supply electrical safety certificates for rental purposes.
 
All electrical installation work is carried out to comply with BS7671 IEE wiring regulations and Part P of the building regulations.
